As the Boston Celtics aim to complete a 5-0 sweep of their regular season series with the New York Knicks, they will have their starting lineup intact for Thursday's rivalry clash at TD Garden.

Earlier in the afternoon, the hosts upgraded Jayson Tatum (right knee contusion) and Jaylen Brown (left-hand sprain) from questionable on their injury report to available for this matchup.

Closer to tip-off, they announced fellow starters Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday will also suit up. The former, initially questionable for Thursday's contest because of right hamstring injury management, did not play in the Celtics' 104-91 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday.

The latter, who went from uncertain due to left knee tendinopathy to getting the green light to take the parquet with the rest of the starting unit, spoke after the morning's shoot around at the Auerbach Center about his four-year, $135 million extension and the chance to build something special in Boston.

Al Horford, who's dealing with a left big toe sprain that kept him out of the loss in Milwaukee, is also active for this TD Garden tilt. So is fellow front-court mate Xavier Tillman Sr., initially listed as questionable because of right knee tendon irritation.

Oshae Brissett is the lone member of the hosts who's not with the Maine Celtics for Game 2 of the G League Finals that's unavailable due to a non-Covid illness.
