Hawks Reveal Injury Report for Tomorrow's Game vs Houston

Atlanta has won two of the past three games and they extended the Pistons long losing streak on Monday night. Atlanta has been one of the most injured teams in the NBA this season and they have some injury concerns ahead of their matchup with the Rockets in Houston on Wednesday night.

Bogdan Bogdanovic (right ankle inflammation) is being listed as questionable for the game tomorrow. Bogdanovic has missed the last two games, one a loss to the Cavs and the other a win over Detroit last night.

Jalen Johnson, Kobe Bufkin, AJ Griffin, and Mouhamed Gueye remain out for the Hawks.

Bogdanovic has been one of the best bench players in the NBA this season and one could argue he has been the second-best player on the Hawks this season after Trae Young. He is a hard guy to replace and Atlanta has had to go deep in their bench to Garrison Matthews, Wesley Matthews, and Seth Lundy to try and pick up some minutes.

While the Hawks have been struggling, Trae Young is having an All-NBA type of season.

Young is averaging a career-high 11.0 assists and 1.29 steals, in addition to 28.1 points in 36.1 minutes per game. Young, who became the third-youngest player in NBA history to bury 900 three-pointers (25 years, 51 days) in Atlanta’s win over the Orlando Magic on Nov. 9, is the only player in the NBA this season averaging at least 28.0 points and 10.0 assists. The 6-1 guard is leading the league in total assists for the third straight season, handing out 263 helpers in 24 games played. Young owns an NBA-leading 13 games with at least 20 points and 10 assists, in addition to an Eastern Conference-leading six games with 30 or more points and 10 or more assists (second-most in NBA). The Oklahoma product put together a 45-point, 14-assist outing on Nov. 30, marking his 12th career game with at least 40 points and 10 assists, tying LeBron James and Allen Iverson for the eighth-most such games in NBA history.

If Bogdanovic is out tomorrow, it will be on Young and Dejounte Murray to get them a win over a feisty Rockets team that is well-coached.
