Miami Heat's Terry Rozier Has Huge Four-Point Play In Win Over Cavaliers

Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier's big shot helps team end road trip with a 3-1 record

Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier wasn't necessarily going for a four-point play.

It just happened that way and ultimately helped save the day for the Heat.

Rozier converted the rare play late in their 107-104 victory Wednesday in Cleveland. After the four-point play tied the game, he then hit a 3-pointer for the win. It was Rozier's most impactful performance since he was acquired from the Charlotte Hornets at the trade deadline.

"I wasn't trying to draw the foul," Rozier said. "I know they went up four and the momentum kind of changed. To be honest, when we were dribbling the ball up the court, it was already set in my mind, I was going to shoot a three."

More importantly, it was the Heat's first victory against a playoff team after losing five straight. It also helped them finish with a 3-1 record on the road trip.

"That's the most important thing, just getting the win," Rozier said. "Like I said earlier, my teammates and my coaches just make sure they do a great job of reminding me daily, night in and night out, of who I am and just be that. We're going to live with that. I'm happy that we got the win. That's the most important thing."
