One Former Miami Heat Player Makes Steph Curry's All-Time Starting Five While Another Misses The Cut

In this story:
Steph Curry has gotten the best of LeBron James during their meetings in the NBA Finals.
Curry also left James off his perfect starting lineup. Even though James is the player most often in the conversation with Michael Jordan as the greatest player in NBA history, he didn't make Curry's cut.
Curry recently gave his all-time NBA starting five. James didn't make an appearance on the list. Curry told BuzzFeed his lineup would be Jordan of the Chicago Bulls, San Antonio Spurs forward Tim Duncan and Los Angeles Lakers superstars Shaquille O'Neal, Magic Johnson and Kobe Bryant.
At first, Curry picked Boston Celtics forward Larry Bird at small forward. He then switched to the late Bryant, who was killed in a helicopter accident in 2020. James did not make the list despite winning four championships with three different teams while becoming the league's career scoring leader last season.
