Rapper Rick Ross Discusses Interest In Purchasing The Miami Heat With Legend Udonis Haslem

Famous rapper Rick Ross recently shared a desire in buying the Miami Heat with former Heat players Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller on their podcast

Retired Miami Heat forwards Udonis Haslem and Mike Miller are spending their newfound time diving into various topics on their podcast.

'The OGs' podcast is in the beginning phases but has featured multiple exciting guests, including Heat center Bam Adebayo and Chicago Bulls coach Billy Donovan. The latest feature was by famous rapper Rick Ross, where the three discussed Ross' hopeful plans in the NBA.

"Just talking about franchises, so you read my mind. Big homie what’s going on with the Heat? I know you got the money now," Haslem said. "When you gonna make that play?"

Ross began to discuss his interest: "Oh, you already know I’m gonna keep it real now. I need y’all to walk me in there. Come on, we gotta get us a piece of that Miami Heat. One time for La Spoelstra Nostra, you already know."

"In my mind I would love to see that, I would love to see that," Haslem stated.

The famous artist grew up in Miami, which further strengthened his desire.

"Hey, big homie, that’s a dream; that’s a dream for Rozay, you know, just to see, you know, the city because it wouldn’t just be for me," Ross shared."It'll be for the city."

Miller chimed in, "This is Miami right here."

"You know somebody from the city; a part of the city come up and earn that, you know what I mean," Ross concluded.

It remains a mystery whether this deal will ever happen, but it's clear Ross has the ability to do so.
