Lillard, a seven-time All-Star, has said all offseason he wants to leave Portland so he can join the Miami Heat. It's is the most-talked ongoing saga of the offseason. The Heat have reportedly offered a trade package that includes 2022 Sixth Man of the Year Tyler Herro and multiple draft picks.
If they are able to pull off a trade, the Heat surely become among the league's top contenders.
