Driver Logan Sargeant Brings Miami Heat Feel To This Weekend's F1 Race In South Florida

South Florida native and F1 driver Logan Seargant is cheering on Jimmy Butler after growing up a huge Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins fan

Logan Seargant is representing this weekend's F1 race in Miami as the only driver from the United States. 

He's also repping the 305 because he's a South Florida native. In an interview with GQ Magazine, he was asked about his life essentials. After his race car helmet and Eminem CD, the third thing he pulled out was a Jimmy Butler No. 22 Miami Heat jersey. 

“Growing up as a kid in South Florida, I was in the prime of D-Wade, LeBron, Chris Bosh, in Miami, winning championship," Sargeant said. "I remember going to the games as a kid, and it’s always sat close to my heart.” 

Sargeant has now turned his attention toward Butler and the Heat, who are playing the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference semifinals. 

“We got Jimmy Butler now, and he’s crushing it, so it’s good to see," Sargeant said.
