The Miami Heat and the Chicago Bulls are in opposite states entering their Saturday evening faceoff.

Zach LaVine and the Bulls are fresh off a six-point defeat to the Orlando Magic. He recorded 34 points on 60 percent shooting in the loss. The Bulls have lost their last three games.

Jimmy Butler and the Heat are on a seven-game winning streak, with Butler scoring more than 30 points in their last two contests.

Butler's scoring rampage is a major strength against a weak Chicago defense. With star Demar DeRozan’s status in question, Miami is hoping to use their momentum to cruise past the Bulls.

LaVine is at the top of trade rumors due to Chicago’s lack of success. Miami is among the teams in contention to acquire the former All-Star guard. Some believe the Heat could benefit from an additional scorer outside of Butler, Bam Adebayo, and Tyler Herro.

LaVine is averaging 21.7 points, 4.9 rebounds, and three assists this season. He addressed a potential trade earlier this week.

"I've been in trade talks for a long time," LaVine said. "So I understand the situation. Once news is always broken, it's a big thing. It's not like this is the first and the last time it's going to happen with my name. As of right now, I'm still excited to put this jersey on."
