Miami Heat forward Kevin Love is a fan of Gabe Vincent, who has done a solid job as the backup point guard this season.

"I love how he plays. I love what he brings to the table," Love said of Vincent.

But the Heat may need more with the stakes rising the final month of the season. At some point, they are hoping starter Kyle Lowry returns from a knee injury.

Lowry last played Feb. 2. The Heat are missing his leadership and experience.

"I think it's a great blend, a great marriage with those two when they're both in our lineup," Love said of the Lowry-Vincent combo. "But Kyle's a Hall of Fame player," Love said. "If he's healthy, we know what he's capable of. He makes great decisions. He's Kyle lowry. He's a multiple-time All-Star, All-NBA. He can still get it done in Year 17."

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra hasn't commented on when Lowry is expected back. Spoelstra has said Lowry is making progress.
