Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra embraced forward Jimmy Butler's willingness to criticize the team after Friday's loss to the New York Knicks

Speaking before Saturday's game against the Atlanta Hawks, Spoelstra addressed Butler's comments.

"I'm good with all of it," Spoelstra said. "None of us should be happy right now. All of us will express different ways of our disappointment, frustration, anger about the season. It's a matter of putting it all into action right now. We know what we need to do to win basketball games and we have to commit to that."

The answer was in response to Butler blaming the recent struggles on boredom.

"I'm at a point, I think everybody is, it doesn't surprise us," Butler said. "We really get bored with the process and I can't tell you why. We play hard and sometimes we get back in the game like we did [Friday] ... For some odd reason we think it’s gonna be easy, so we just got out there and go through the motions.”
