Jimmy Butler finished with 23 points, including a late free throw that helped the Miami Heat secure a 101-99 victory against the Philadelphia 76ers Monday.

Butler also had 11 rebounds, nine assists, and four steals. It was the Heat's first victory since the NBA All-Star break, ending a four-game losing streak. The Heat have one day off before facing the 76ers Wednesday in Miami.

Here are some major takeaways from the game:

-Two days after one of his best games this season, Tyler Herro struggled in almost every phase. He finished with eight points, the lowest since Dec. 12 when he scored eight. He shot 23 percent from the field and hit two of his nine 3-pointers. He was listed as questionable with a rib contusion, which might have played a role in his performance.

-Max Strus led the Heat’s bench with 13 points. Victor Oladipo had 11, ending his five-game streak with single-figure points. He also had two rebounds, two assists, and two steals.

-The Heat played solid defense, recording 10 steals and three blocks. They also defended well at the 3-point line, holding the 76ers to 35 percent.

-The Heat, who have been one of the worst 3-point shooting teams, made 15 of 37. It was their highest since making 15 Dec. 20.
