“Now Jimmy, I don’t usually do this,” the fan said. “I don’t go into celebrities’ DMs and beg. But damn it Jimmy! Finish this s***, please! I mentally can’t handle a 3-0 comeback man.”

Butler is one of the most vibrant personalities in the league, so it’s not surprising to see him react to something like this.
Even after losing three in a row, he guaranteed fans the team would win and advance to the NBA Finals. He fulfilled that promise with a series-clinching 28-point performance. Thankfully, that fan and many others are finally at ease…for now.
Their biggest challenge awaits against the Denver Nuggets for a fourth banner in South Florida. Fans are back on the edge of their seats for another nail-biting series.
The battle for the Larry O’Brien Trophy begins Thursday night in Denver.
