Confident Miami Heat Booked Return Flight To Denver Ahead Of Tonight's Game 7 Against Boston Celtics

The Miami Heat have eyes set on returning to the NBA Finals

Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra and Jimmy Butler both guaranteed victory tonight in Game 7 against the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference finals.

And apparently so has the entire organization.

According to South Florida radio host Andy Slater, the Heat booked a return trip to Denver instead of Miami. The winner of tonight's game plays the Denver Nuggets Thursday in Game 1 of the NBA Finals.

This is nothing new for the Heat. They typical plan for the best-case scenario instead of the worst. It started with Pat Riley during the 2006 Finals. The Heat led the Dallas Mavericks 3-2 but Riley told the players to only pack one because they planned on closing the series out in Game 6.

That's exactly what happened, with Dwyane Wade wrapping up Finals MVP honors.
