Western Conference Recaps, April 24: LeBron James Moved Lakers One Step Closer To Eliminating Memphis Grizzlies

It's hard to believe LeBron James is still having "firsts" at this of his career.
He's done just about everything but accomplished yet another feat in leading the Los Angeles Lakers to a 117-111 victory against the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 4. James finished with 22 points and 20 rebounds, his first 20-20 game in 20 seasons.
The Lakers lead the series 3-1.
“I just try to be as great as I can be offensively, but more importantly on the defensive end,” James said. “That was the mindset tonight. I was able to make a couple of plays. ... My teammates told me I had 20 and 20. It's the first time I've done it in my career, so that's pretty cool, I guess.”
The Lakers can close out the Grizzlies in Game 5 in Memphis. It would mark their first playoffs series win since 2020, the year won the NBA title.
