Would Winning Ring With Miami Heat Rank Damian Lillard Above Russell Westbrook?

In this story:
The ongoing debate surrounding All-Star point guards Damian Lillard and Russell Westbrook has captivated discussions over the course of several years.
One notable similarity between these two is the shared connection is lacking a championship.
Lillard is heavily expected to land with the Miami Heat via trade this offseason, meaning his chances of winning a championship significantly increase. The Big Three of Lillard, Jimmy Butler, and Bam Adebayo would sit amongst the top of the league.
Westbrook has the better individual career but has significantly regressed. In the past four seasons, his scoring average dipped from 27.2 points to 15.8 points. Lillard, meanwhile, is coming off the best season of his career.
What makes this such an interesting debate is the amount of accolades Westbrook holds over Lillard. Westbrook is a nine-time All-NBA Team selection, three-time assists leader and has a regular season MVP. He's also has four seasons of averaging a triple-double.
Lillard's seven All-NBA selections and 2013 Rookie of the Year trophy just can't compete. Still, he can gain the upper hand with a championship. But first the Heat need a find a way to pull off a deal to make this even possible.
