Without Mike Conley in the lineup, the Utah Jazz traveled to take on the Indiana Pacers for a Sunday matinee. The Jazz were playing their third game in four days, and it showed. The Jazz shot well below their season average from three, and the fatigue was evident in the second half. Nonetheless, Donovan Mitchell put together one of his best performances to lead the Jazz to their 15th victory in 16 games.

You can watch some highlights from Mitchell's performance in the video at the top of this article.

Mitchell had 27 points, 11 assists, and 9 rebounds. Only one rebound shy of a triple double. He had an opportunity to complete the triple double with a rebound on the final play, but the ball was knocked out of his hands and out of bounds. Teammate Mike Conley teased Mitchell after the game saying, "go get a rebound."

While his stats were impressive in their own right, his impact went beyond the box score. Mitchell made various hustle plays, and conducted the Jazz offense in Conley's absence.

The Jazz hold the best record in the NBA. They travel back to Utah to take on the Celtics on Tuesday.
