Magic Starting 5: Orlando Looking to Make Big Trade?

The Magic Insider lists five of the biggest NBA storylines in addition to relevant Orlando Magic news and analysis.

1. HOLD EM OR FOLD EM?

"While the team wants to contend as soon as possible, Orlando has a very promising young core that is soon about to hit its stride. This gives the Magic two paths it can take this offseason ... play it conservative or roll the dice and take a chance."

2. T-MAC ON JOKIC

"[Nikola Jokic] is so f****** good, man," McGrady said on the What's Burnin' Show. "I haven't seen anything like him. The way he passes, you got a 7-0 center bringing up the ball, initiating the offense, everything goes through him. It is amazing the passes he makes from one side of the court to the other on time and on target."

3. SUNS HIRE FRANK VOGEL

The Phoenix Suns are filling in their head coaching vacancy.

According to The Athletic, the Suns are hiring former Orlando Magic head coach Frank Vogel to the same position.

Vogel last coached for the Los Angeles Lakers from 2019-22, where he won the 2020 NBA championship. Now, he'll be tasked to do the same with Devin Booker and Kevin Durant leading the way.
