Nikola Jokic Reacts to Eliminating Phoenix Suns in Game 6

In this story:
The Phoenix Suns have been eliminated in nearly identical fashion to their Game 7 collapse in last year's Western Conference Semi-Finals. Getting blown out on their home floor, the Suns suffered another disappointing playoff exit, and will begin their offseason much earlier than they anticipated.
Nikola Jokic was dominant all series, finishing with 32 PTS, 12 AST, and 10 REB in the closeout effort, and shared his reaction to the series win during his on-court postgame interview.
"We knew what to expect," Jokic said of the hostile Phoenix environment. "We had the same mindset as if we were playing at home. Just be aggressive, move them from the spots, make it rough, make them make tough shots, and I think we did it."
Jokic shared high praise for his teammates during his on-court interview, as he had a solid supporting cast around him in this closeout effort. The Nuggets were the top team in the Western Conference for a reason, and will now advance to the Western Conference Finals where they will face either the Los Angeles Lakers or Golden State Warriors.
Jokic expressed a level of excitement for this short period of down time while Denver awaits their next opponent, as the Nuggets have earned themselves some additional time off with this Game 6 victory.
While many had the Suns combining out of the West following their move for Kevin Durant, it is once again another early exit for Phoenix.
