Spurs Fiesta 5: Here's 2 Victor Wembanyama Trade Proposals

In this story:
1. WEMBANYAMA TO PHILLY FOR EMBIID
"In a recently drafted mock trade by ESPN, the Spurs and 76ers pair up and agree to find both Embiid and Wembanyama a new home. The 76ers would send Embiid to the Spurs, getting in return Wembanyama (via the 2023 No. 1 overall pick), point guard Devonte' Graham, small forward Doug McDermott and a 2024 first-rounder."
2. VIC TO ORLANDO FOR BANCHERO
"Look, we all know how hard it would be to actually get the Spurs to trade this pick away," ESPN writes. "If you have to do it, you have to swing for the fences. In return for Wembenyama, the Magic would send the 2023 Rookie of the Year and 2022 No. 1 pick (Banchero) as well as one of the team's lottery selections from the 2021 draft (Suggs). Throw in this year's two first-rounders and that's four top-11 selections over a three-year span for the French phenom."
"The exciting NBA Eastern Conference Finals of 2023 have given fans plenty of incentive to stay engaged and participate in betting activities. The Miami Heat, on their surprising run, got a major upset by starting the series with a 3-0 lead.
"As the series shifted to Miami for Games 3-4, where the Celtics could have been swept out of the playoffs, the Celtics started playing like the team we’ve come to expect and have now won two in a row."
Tipoff is set for 7:30 p.m. CT on TNT.
4. WEMBANYAMA NEXT GAME
Victor Wembanyama and Metropolitans 92 beat Cholet in the quarterfinals and will now face Lyon in the semifinals, which begins Sunday at 8:15 a.m. CT.
You can watch the game on the NBA App.
5. DRAFT COUNTDOWN
The San Antonio Spurs are 26 days away from the 2023 NBA Draft, where Victor Wembanyama will officially become the newest member of the franchise with the No. 1 overall pick.
Coverage begins on Thursday, June 22 at 7 p.m. CST on ESPN.
