How Suns Can Keep Momentum Going

In this story:
The Phoenix Suns are entering a crucial stretch of their season, as the Suns will host the next six games on their schedule before traveling to Los Angeles to face the two teams there.
While many think the Suns' turnaround began with the beatdown of the Houston Rockets, this is just the start.
There's still much work to be done to at least shore up deficiencies the squad has- as well as perhaps expand on strengths.
Three things the team can continue working on to keep the momentum going:
Nail Down Rotations
Suns head coach Frank Vogel made some pretty radical changes to his rotation against Houston: Drew Eubanks and Jordan Goodwin were DNP's for the first time this season.
Two-way contract players in Saben Lee and Udoka Azubuike apparently took their spots in the rotation, for the time being at least.
Many of the Suns' role players have proven to be true definitions of hot-and-cold.
The emergence of the two-way players in the rotation further complicates things, as those players aren't eligible to play in the postseason unless the contracts they have are converted to standard NBA deals.
It should be expected that the "disappointing" role players (Yuta Watanabe and Keita Bates-Diop) will eventually get opportunities to prove themselves once again.
The moral of the story is Vogel and the Suns appear to be on the right track when it comes to finding a consistent rotation, but work still must be done to refine the operation before another presumed playoff berth.
Continue to Get Healthier
This is something that isn't as much in the Suns' control as they'd like, obviously, but it would certainly be nice if the Suns could get through the next 52 games of the season without another detour.
It's no secret the Suns have had poor injury fortune. Bradley Beal has only appeared in six games and Devin Booker had a rough string of injuries early in the season.
Kevin Durant and Jusuf Nurkic have been surprisingly durable, but it doesn't mean as much when the team is splintered by injuries.
Continuity simply can't be built to its fullest with the absence of Beal.
One can hope that Beal - who could return as soon as this weekend - can play 35 or more games the rest of the way and be able to build chemistry with his fellow co-stars.
Stay on Same Page
This concept is one of the most basic at the surface, but the Suns have clearly been going through a fundamental disconnect, whether it's between players, coaches or a mix of all parties involved.
These issues have started to surface some publicly in the last few days - and it is important as ever that the Suns prioritize constant communication.
Players must hold each other accountable. Coaches must be on the same page. The entire franchise must rally behind each other and the city that wants to be passionate about this team in the worst way imaginable.
Nearly every tapped-in basketball mind knows Phoenix has the talent to win the NBA title in 2024.
They need to bring more to the table than talent, and being on the same page is one of the most simple yet impactful things that will help in reconciling the immense talent this squad possesses.
