The Phoenix Suns will look to extend their winning streak to three games as they face off against the Los Angeles Clippers tonight at 8 PM MST.

Everything seems to be going right for the Suns as of late. They acquired Kevin Durant last Wednesday and even with Durant still not playing while he recovers from an MCL sprain, Phoenix has still found a way to keep winning.

The Suns have won five out of their last six games and climbed their way all the to the four seed in the Western Conference with a record of 32-27.

With Booker finally looking fully healthy after dropping 32 points in just 29 minutes in Phoenix’s last game against the Sacramento Kings, expect him to be a major factor again tonight and potentially play even more minutes.

Deandre Ayton has been unstoppable lately. In his last ten games, Ayton is averaging 23.8 points and 11.5 rebounds. The Clippers don’t have a top-tier center that is capable of slowing Ayton down, so he should be able to continue his dominant play in tonight's game.

Phoenix is loaded with talent, but the Clippers have some pieces to match them. Both Kawhi Leonard and Paul George are averaging over 20 points a game and at least five boards each.

Leonard's defense leads a Clippers team that ranks tenth in the NBA in defensive rating.

It will be interesting to see the matchup between George and Booker. Despite George being an excellent defender, Booker averages 24.9 points against him and in their last meeting against one another on October 23, Booker dropped an impressive 35 points.

Los Angeles is only one game back of the Suns so this game is hugely important for both teams. Being that this will be the last game for Phoenix before the all-star break, it will be pivotal to end the first part of the season on a high note.

Both teams rank top five in points allowed per night, so we could be in for a low scoring affair.
