The replacement officials have had a hard time keeping control of things in Philadelphia on Sunday, as the Eagles and Ravens have repeatedly engaged in shoving matches after plays ended.

The shenanigans started early, when Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson and Ravens defensive back Cary Williams locking up as they crossed out of bounds. Jackson appeared to throw a punch toward Williams (who still had his helmet on), then Baltimore's Bernard Pollard jumped in and grabbed Jackson by the shoulder pads. Jackson and Williams got offsetting personal foul penalties on the play.
