Cleveland Browns wide receive Andrew Hawkins is inactive for Thursday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Browns announced.

Hawkins was a game-time decision because of a knee/thigh injury.

Earlier Thursday, ESPN's Tony Grossi reported that Hawkins intended to play against Cincinnati, but the receiver was scheduled to test out his hurt thigh before the game.

Hawkins was a member of the Bengals for three seasons, but Cincinnati declined to match an offer sheet the Browns gave him in March and he signed with Cleveland. The receiver has 504 yards and one touchdown this season.

The Browns are also without top tight end Jordan Cameron and safety Johnson Bademosi, who were ruled out earlier in the week due to concussions.

The Bengals will be without linebacker Vontaze Burfict (knee) and defensive back Leon Hall (concussion), who were both ruled out on Wednesday.
