CBS has issued an apology after airing a clip of Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh ripping the rival Pittsburgh Steelers, according to the New York Daily News.

The clip aired on CBS after the Ravens defeated the Tennessee Titans 21-7 after being blown out by the Steelers last Sunday night. The Ravens complained because Harbaugh told the camera crew his comments were not meant to leave the locker room.

“We broadcast a clip during our postgame show that should not have aired,” it said. “We immediately pulled it down and called the Baltimore Ravens to apologize.”

Harbaugh was referring to the fact that on the same day they bounced back with a win over the Titans, the Steelers lost on the road against the 1-8 New York Jets

"That team beat us last week, and then went and got their a— kicked this week."

With the win over the Titans, the Ravens improved to 6-4 on the season and are tied with the Steelers for third in the AFC North. Baltimore has a bye this week and plays at the New Orleans Saints on Monday, Nov. 24

The Steelers play at the Tennessee Titans next Monday night.
