Former Ravens cheerleader officially divorced

BALTIMORE (AP) A former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader who has been charged with raping one teenage boy and providing others with alcohol is divorced from her estranged husband, a prominent Maryland energy executive.

A Baltimore County judge signed Mayo and Molly Shattuck's divorce order on Nov. 3.

It was the same day a grand jury indicted Molly Shattuck on charges of third-degree rape, unlawful sexual contact and providing alcohol to minors. The charges come from an illicit sexual relationship Shattuck is accused of forging with one of her children's 15-year-old classmates.

Mayo Shattuck's attorney Nicole Gilkeson said the couple had been living apart for more than a year and that their divorce ''had nothing to do with the criminal allegations.''
