The Bears appear in much better shape physically for Sunday's game than the Cleveland Browns, although there are still some questions about wide receiver DJ Moore and safety Jaquan Brisker.

Moore will go into Sunday's game against Cleveland as questionable but the trend is in an obvious positive direction that he'll play.

Moore went through a second straight practice Friday after sitting Wednesday, but the Friday practice was a complete one. On Thursday his participation had been limited.

Moore last missed a game in 2020 with Carolina. He has played in all but two of the 95 career games in which he's been eligible to participate.

"Your best players have to be your hardest workers but they've got to be the toughest, too," Bears coach Matt Eberflus said. "And that's what he is. And he is a tough son-of-a-gun."

Brisker is also questionable but his status appears less certain due to a groin injury. Brisker, who had 17 tackles against Detroit last week, practiced on Friday on a limited basis and on Wednesday, but missed Thursday's practice.

Eberflus said Brisker's injury wasn't related to the game but occurred in practice this week.

Both wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown (pectoral) and linebacker Noah Sewell (knee) have been ruled out for the game after they didn't practice Friday. Sewell had tried to practice Thursday on a limited basis but then had to sit out while St. Brown has been out the last two games.

Cleveland will be without starting center Ethan Pocic due to a neck injury and starting safety Josh Thornhill due to a calf injury. Backup linebacker Jordan Kunaszyk (calf), starting linebacker Anthony Walker (knee), starting defensive tackle Jordan Elliott and starting cornerback Denzel Ward (shoulder) are all questionable.

This is in addition to the Browns losing safety Grant Delpit, and tackles Jedrick Wills Jr. and Dawand Jones to injured reserve.

They already had running back Nick Chubb, quarterback Deshaun Watson, tackle Jack Conklin and safety Rodney McLeod on injured reserve.
