POSTPONED Bills vs. Steelers Wild Card Preview: Journey to Super Bowl Begins

Buffalo Bills vs. Pittsburgh Steelers Wild Card Preview ... Can Josh Allen Keep The Momentum?

The AFC East champion Buffalo Bills will host the No. 7 seed Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday night at Highmark Stadium, where Buffalo is 4-1 in playoffs since 2017.

The game was originally scheduled for Sunday afternoon before harsh winter weather conditions caused NY Gov. Kathy Hochul to postpone the game.

Buffalo earned its fifth-straight win on Sunday, beating the Miami Dolphins in a division-deciding battle and taking the AFC's No. 2 seed.

The Bills' season has been full of ups and downs, but fortunately for them, they are entering the postseason on a high. Quarterback Josh Allen is a rollercoaster and fresh off making NFL history: In the win over Miami, Allen finished with his ninth career game with 300 or more passing yards and 50 or more rushing yards, the most ever for an NFL quarterback.

Buffalo looks to get after Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph, who has led the Steelers to three straight wins and a playoff berth. In last week's win vs. Baltimore, Rudolph completed 18 of 20 passes for 152 yards and a touchdown. He set a franchise record for the highest completion percentage (90 percent) in a game with a minimum of 15 passes.

Pittsburgh star T.J. Watt, who exited Saturday’s game with a knee injury that was diagnosed as a Grade 2 MCL sprain is out for the game. Watt led the NFL with 19 sacks during the regular season.

THE FINAL WORD: Bills receiver Trent Sherfield on Allen:

“It’s so dope. I had the privilege of playing a little bit more today and I caught myself looking at him in the huddle,” Sherfield said. “You could just see how much of a competitor he is when he’s calling the play."

“He just oozes with confidence. He oozes with leadership.”
