Myles Garrett is one of the best pass rushers in the NFL, and the Broncos better be cautious.

The most significant threat the Cleveland Browns' defense poses to the Denver Broncos is clear as day: Myles Garrett.

Garett is a star and is one of the best pass rushers in the NFL who's made a career of taking over games. If the Broncos aren't careful in Week 12, it could happen again.

Garrett leads the NFL in pass-rush win rate and ranks second in pass-rush productivity, according to Pro Football Focus. He has been in the upper echelon of pass rushers since he came to the NFL.

The Browns' Pro Bowler can win in so many ways. Garett will test the Broncos' offensive tackles.

While Garrett could switch sides to target the weaker of two tackles, Garrett typically rushes from the quarterback's left side. Throughout this season, Garrett has played just 61 snaps from the right side of the offensive line, so unless he uncharacteristically switches, that will mean he will draw Broncos' left tackle Garett Bolles for the majority of the game.

Garrett has faced the Broncos three times in his career, with the last coming in 2021. In two of the games, he attacked the left side on 68-of-85 snaps, while in the third, he spent 32-of-42 snaps attacking the right side.

Over those three games, Garrett picked up nine pressures, two sacks, and five stops. He has mostly been handled, as five of those pressures — including both sacks and two of the stops — came in his 2021 matchup. Some of his stats came when working the left guard, but Bolles did have his losses vs. Garrett.

This won't be an easy matchup, as Garrett has taken his game to an entirely different level since 2021. Bolles will have to hold his own in pass protection and as a run defender. Garrett is also a great run defender, holding up on the edge, and is disciplined.

Denver can help with chips, but Garrett will still find ways to win. There are things the Broncos can do to slow Garrett and the Browns' pass rush down, but they must go out there and execute them consistently. However, screens may not be the way to do it, as Garrett has a knack for sniffing them out.

There's no stopping a player of Garrett's caliber, but the Broncos can slow him down. That will have to be enough for the Broncos' offense to find ways to move the ball and put points on the board.
