The injuries continue to mount for the Cleveland Browns. In addition to the injury sustained by wide receiver Elijah Moore in the first quarter, which was written about earlier by Pete Smith. The team has suffered additional losses throughout the game.

Moore left with what is being described as an injury to his ribs. It was later announced that X-rays were negative and there should be no major concern moving forward, which is great news for the team.

Before the half ended, cornerback A.J. Green was taken to the locker room and soon after the third quarter kicked off, Jacob Phillips was also taken to the locker room.

Both players have been ruled out for the remainder of the game with shoulder injuries.

For Phillips, this is another injury for the fourth year linebacker. He has struggled to stay healthy enough to remain on the field and missing any significant time could put his chances of making the final 53 in jeopardy.

All of these injuries are untimely as the team looks to get their most important work of the preseason in next week for joint practices against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Hopefully, these injuries won’t have them out too long but we will probably have to wait for more information tomorrow.
