Injury Updates from Eagles Game

In this story:
The Cleveland Browns have dealt with their share of injuries to start the preseason. During Thursday night's game several players left the game for various injury concerns. Today, Browns Head Coach Kevin Stefanski gave some injury updates the day after, via his Zoom availability with the media.
Offensive tackle Jack Conklin remains in the concussion protocol after suffering a concussion during Monday's joint practice against the Eagles.
Rookie safety Ronnie Hickman, who left the game last night due to a possible concussion was still being evaluated and Stefanski couldn't give a definitive answer as to his status. Hickman had another interception on an overthrown pass from Marcus Mariota against the Eagles last night. On the play he landed pretty hard on the turf but was able to hold on to the football.
Cornerbacks Mike Ford and Lorenzo Burns are both day to day with both sustaining shoulder injuries according to Stefanski. This is very comforting news as Ford is expected to contribute on special teams while providing depth at the nickel spot.
Rookie cornerback Cam Mitchell who left the game early in the first quarter was able to return to the game and should be good to go moving forward. Stay tuned over the coming days to see if any players who were out this week are able to get back for the team's final preseason game against Kansas City.
