Three Eagles Andrew Berry Should Keep an Eye On

In this story:
The Cleveland Browns will visit the Philadelphia Eagles for joint practices on Monday and Tuesday, followed by their third preseason game on Thursday night. Of course the primary function is for the Browns to evaluate their team ahead of roster cuts taking place in two weeks. General Manager Andrew Berry will also be getting a unique view of the Eagles roster who many believe is the most talented from top to bottom in the entire NFL.
With such an accumulation of talent, there will be plenty of players that the Eagles cut who will end up on another teams roster. After reviewing the Eagles roster and reports coming out of their training camp, I have identified three players that I think the Browns could potentially use on their roster heading into the season opener.
1. Kentavius Street, defensive tackle
This is simply a numbers game as the team boasts the most talented position group in football. Street signed before the team drafted Jalen Carter with the ninth overall pick. In addition the team has Jordan Davis, Fletcher Cox, Milton Williams and also drafted Moro Ojomo.
Reports out of Philly have people impressed by how much Street has stood out and will ultimately be a very difficult decision for General Manager Howie Roseman. Street was drafted in the fourth round in 2018, by the 49ers and has 6.5 sacks over the course of his career. In my opinion he would be an upgrade over Jordan Elliott for our fourth DT spot.
2. Trey Sermon, running back
Sermon is currently battling for the teams fourth running back spot with Boston Scott. Although Eagles Head Coach Nick Sirianni has had glowing things to say about Sermon this preseason, it is hard to imagine that he could beat out Scott who offers a lot in the return game as well.
A running back room of Chubb, Ford, Sermon and Felton would be a well rounded group. In this scenario, I could see Ford and Sermon splitting the load in relief of Chubb.
3. Janarius Robinson, defensive end
Robinson, who was a former fourth round pick, has impressed this offseason in a deep room of pass rushers, once again the Eagles will be forced to make another tough decision, most likely between the upside of Robinson or the ability of Derek Barnett.
Barnett's contract and the money he is guaranteed likely has him sticking on the roster leaving Robinson as the odd man out. With Isaiah Thomas and Alex Wright being out with injuries to start the year, perhaps the Browns could make Robinson a rotational depth piece to begin the season.
