Cleveland has faced an unprecedented number of injuries this season. Browns fans could recite the list of players lost for the season without much hesitation.

On Friday's Cleveland Browns Daily radio show, co-host Nathan Zegura pointed out that after Elijah Moore left Thursday's game, the Browns had only four of their 11 projected starters on the field on offense. That unit also features two players who started the year watching football on their couch, to go along with a handful of backups and a couple of rookies. They also have a lot of heart.

That's a characteristic others around the league have noticed. 

Dolphins' head coach Mike McDaniel took a moment on Friday to talk about the Browns, praising the team for staying resilient despite all the injury misfortune.

One of the things that stands out in the clip is McDaniel talking about the focus the Browns have had. Each week they do not focus on their injury report, they don't focus on who isn't going to be available, what they focus on is their opponent. The focus on who will be on the other side of the line of scrimmage and what we can do to beat them with whatever players are available. 

It's the exact mentality the Browns have been talking about all season long.

Listen back to any player's post-game press conference and you will hear them reference their goal for each week, being simply to go "1-and-0."

The culture that Kevin Stefanski has built is taking control and it's evident to the rest of the league. This team has bought into Stefanski's message and the result is an 11-and-five record and a playoff birth.
