Tom Brady spent the majority of his life cementing his name as the greatest quarterback to ever play the game. Outside of football, Brady has been extremely successful at whatever endeavor he put his time and effort into.

Now, officially retired, Brady will take the 2023 season off from any football-related opportunities he has. After his time off, Brady will begin his 10-year deal with Fox as a broadcaster in the booth. Brady is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to understanding the game of football, but that does not necessarily mean his transition into broadcasting will be a smooth one.

If Brady needs some help making the said transition, he should look no further than former Fox broadcaster and current ESPN broadcaster, Joe Buck, for any tips on how to be successful in the booth.

“I would do [that] in a heartbeat with all the help he’s given us over the years,” Buck told Barrett Sports Media. “… There’s going to be a bit of a learning curve for Tom.”

Joe Buck admitted that there are going to be some new skills that Brady will have to learn in order to properly convey his football genius to a national broadcast audience.

“I expect him to do it and do it well, but it’s a weird kind of thing to do,” Buck said. “There’s a bit of acting involved. It’s a presentation as much as just knowing football. I’m sure he’ll be great, but I’m anxious to see.”

Brady is a well-rounded individual and has seen success with everything he does. He has experience in a multitude of spheres and even in acting with the recently released '80 for Brady'.

This job may be a bit different though and it will be imperative for Brady to get some sort of training/practice prior to joining Fox in 2024.
