Injury update on Bucs rookie LB Devin White

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers started strong against the Carolina Panthers on Thursday night, but they did it without their top rookie.
Linebacker Devin White left the game in the first quarter with a knee injury, and was eventually ruled out for the rest of the game.
The early reports suggest the former LSU star has avoided a serious injury:
Devin White has a knee sprain and it's NOT an ACL tear. #GoBucs will know more tomorrow after an MRI.

Two sources tell me that Bucs linebacker Devin White will undergo an MRI tomorrow but they believe he has a sprain in his knee. This was first reported by Pewter Report. They're still not 100-percent certain but a source close to the situation believes... https://t.co/BOrwHZnxIJ

Veteran Kevin Minter replaces White in the starting lineup, and while he lacks the athleticism of the rookie, his experience is proving valuable against Christian McCaffrey and the Panthers offense.
Hopefully for the Bucs and White, those MRI results don't reveal anything serious.
