TMZ: Montae Nicholson Cooperating With Authorities in Death of Woman.

Nicholson did not practice for the (1-8) Redskins Thursday after being limited with an ankle injury Wednesday.
Reporters, including S-I, failed to ask interim head coach Bill Callahan about his absence because he's not a critically important player and Troy Apke has emerged over the last few weeks.
Nicholson has not played for the Redskins since the San Francisco loss.
The real tragedy here is that a 21-year old woman passed away under very tragic circumstances. Per the website Heavy.com, the victim's name is Julia Crabbe.
Tragedy happens every day and in every way. We don't always find out or react to it but because of the nature of the situation and an NFL player being involved to some degree, w we find out and an untimely death becomes news instead of just an awful tragedy.
The Washington Post added some details in their reporting of the situation, as well. ,
The Redskins also have issued a statement about the incident on Thursday evening, which they also released to TMZ.

He was suspended for the final two games last season after being involved in a fracas that broke out near the team facility.
Think about this: The Redskins have ONE win since last December 16th (Jacksonville). The first Nicholson incident occurred right after that win, so Nicholson has been in TMZ more times than the Redskins have wins.
