Watch: Adrian Peterson wants to run over Redskins front office

Who could the future Hall of Famer have beef with?

Well, that escalated quickly. Appearing for an interview with local CBS affiliate WUSA-TV 9, Washington Redskins running back Adrian Peterson was very respectful when he was asked to single out a defensive teammate. Fans could see his loyalty to the brotherhood of football players that he wouldn't name anyone he'd like to target.

Sports director Darren Haynes' eyes lit up though when Peterson wasn't finished giving his response.

"I dont' think it's one guy that I would just want to run over, that's on my team... (short pause). Now if you had said the front office, I could've gave a couple options," Peterson blurted out while the two laughed. Haynes playfully told the cameraman to cut filming.

Who could Peterson want to greet with the stiff arm? General manager Bruce Allen? Personnel guru Doug Williams? Owner Dan Snyder, or does he consider Jay Gruden's coaching staff part of the front office?

Prior to the jokes, Peterson confirmed that he had signed a woman's breast before, that Derrius Guice is the one player on the Redskins noone trusts with their keys and that Trent Williams is the one player he would want to switch bodies with.

The 34-year old running back is back in the starter's role for the Redskins this season after leading the club with 1,042 rushing yards in 2018.
