Was it "Prime Time'' in Oxnard? Dallas Cowboys star cornerback Trevon Diggs made it so, as the Pro Bowler was all over the field at the Tuesday practice, ballhawking his way to a pair of interceptions thrown by quarterback Dak Prescott ...

And then channelling the legendary Deion Sanders in celebration of his brilliance.

Obviously, any time a defensive player has a good camp day, it means his opposite on number got victimized. So while a couple of Twitter videos cannot possibly capture the entirety of a workout ...

One time, Diggs maneuvered his way to an interception of a Prescott pass that was intended for top target CeeDee Lamb, and after doing so, "fired the ball into the sun,'' as the Dallas News termed it.

Later, Prescott took a deep shot downfield, but Diggs again was there, and this time he retained the football for a time ... long enough to high-step his way - in trademark Sanders-style down the field and to the sideline in celebration of his effort.

Diggs is known for interceptions; he led the NFL two years ago with 11 and is elite in that department. Dallas certainly feels that way, as he recently inked a five-year, $97 million contract extension with the Cowboys.

And of course, "Diggs vs. Dak'' has been in the headlines before because of their much-misunderstood trash talk, which most recently saw the cornerback tell his buddy, who happens to the the QB, to “shut yo (blank blank) up.”

On this way, Diggs certainly did some talking. But most entertainingly, he did some walking ... in "Prime Time's'' footsteps.
