'The Sound of Music!' Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb Reveals Key to Road Win at Bills

The Dallas Cowboys have been formidable at home this season, but on the road, not so much. Receiver CeeDee Lamb knows what the team must do against the Buffalo Bills - "Bring our own music!''

The Dallas Cowboys won't be in the luxurious confines of AT&T Stadium this week as they travel to face Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. ... with a chance to prove something about themselves.

Dallas has been a 7-0 juggernaut at home this season (7-0). But on the road? The Cowboys are but 3-3.

Against a Bills team with everything on the line and battling the elements, CeeDee Lamb knows what the team has to do to secure their 11th win, and their ticket to the postseason.

"I feel like we've gotta bring our own music," Lamb said. "We're gonna be in a hostile environment, so we're not gonna get as much praise for making big plays, so we've gotta make that the new norm.

"We've gotta stick to our script, continue to play, make routine plays, and score touchdowns."

And "make our own kind of music'' - metaphorically, we assume.

With the build-up to the game centering around Dak Prescott and Josh Allen, for some, Prescott can solidify his MVP campaign with a win against the Bills.

Cowboys receiver CeeDee Lamb knows what challenges await in Buffalo.

And Lamb has been the top weapon in helping Dak - who led the NFL in interceptions in 2022 in what was obviously an aberration - get there.

“We're rolling," Lamb said. "No. 1 in a lot of categories, Dak's leading the league in a lot of things and I'm happy for him. He's very accurate, he's been balling out of control and getting different guys the ball and being who Dak is.

"Us in this locker room, it's no surprise to us ... I don't hear too much about interceptions now. It's funny, it's actually hilarious.”

The Cowboys have dealt with the challenges of Seattle and Philadelphia with big wins at home, but this one in Buffalo feels like a different kind of challenge. ... And maybe Dallas' own "Sound of Music'' will help keep the Cowboys in tune.
