The New York Giants open their 2023 preseason home game schedule against the Carolina Panthers and new head coach Frank Reich.

The Giants are coming off a 21-16 loss to the Detroit Lions, a game in which not very many starters played. This week, however, the starters are expected to get a few snaps as the team continues its ramp-up to its September 10 season opener against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football.

The Panthers, meanwhile, are coming off a 27-0 shutout loss administered by the Giants' MetLife Stadium neighbors, the New York Jets.
