Panthers Extend Stadium Naming Right Agreement with Bank of America

A contract extension for the home of the Panthers.

There's been a lot of change since David Tepper purchased the Carolina Panthers in 2018 but one thing that will remain the same for the foreseeable future is the name of the place the Panthers call home.

Wednesday morning, the team announced that it has extended the naming rights agreement for the stadium with Bank of America.

"We are proud that the stadium will continue to carry the name of one of Charlotte's most iconic and philanthropic companies," said Kristi Coleman, President of the Carolina Panthers in a press release. "Extending our naming rights agreement not only speaks to the value of our partnership, but also underscores the mutual trust and shared commitment that defines our relationship."

"Bank of America has a long-standing relationship with the Carolina Panthers and stadium. We look forward to our continued partnership and our strong support for the Charlotte Community," said Kieth Cockrell, President, Bank of America Charlotte.

Details of the deal were not disclosed.
