The Carolina Panthers continue to reshape the front seven depth-wise and have signed veteran defensive tackle Taylor Stallworth. As a corresponding move, the Panthers waived safety Myles Dorn.

Stallworth played in six games with the Kansas City Chiefs last season and one game with the Houston Texans. In total, he appeared in 73 defensive snaps and collected eight tackles and one tackle for loss.

The 27-year-old won't be a complete stranger to those in the building considering he played two seasons for Frank Reich in Indianapolis (2020-21). During his stint with the Colts, Stallworth tallied 28 tackles, 13 QB hits, five tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, one fumble recovery, and one pass breakup.

Dorn was picked up back in January after beginning his career with the Minnesota Vikings.

Dorn, a Charlotte native, was a standout at Julius L. Chambers High School and played his college ball at the University of North Carolina. During his four seasons as a Tar Heel, Dorn appeared in 43 games registering 240 tackles, 13 pass breakups, 10.5 tackles for loss, six interceptions, two fumble recoveries, and a forced fumble.
