Carolina Cuts Ties with a Running Back

In this story:
Friday afternoon, the Carolina Panthers waived running back Tiyon Evans.
Evans, a running back from Louisville, signed as an undrafted free agent with the Los Angeles Rams this spring. During his one season with the Cardinals, Evans rushed for 525 yards and six touchdowns on 83 carries. One of his best performances of the season came in the dominating 48-21 win over Wake Forest where he rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown on just eleven carries.
The Panthers claimed him off waivers back in the spring, but made it just through two days of training camp.
