Passing Over/Under Totals Released for Bryce Young

In this story:

What should we expect out of the Carolina Panthers' rookie quarterback in 2023? According to BetOnline, he'll put up similar numbers to what Jalen Hurts had in his first full year as a starter in the league

Below, you will find the current over/under totals for passing yards, touchdowns, and interceptions for Bryce Young along with my prediction on which side of the number he will land for each.

Passing Yards: 3,350.5

My prediction: Over.

This is pretty close to where I thought the number would be, so I could see this going either way. Even with Miles Sanders, Chuba Hubbard, and a dominant offensive line, I can't see Young averaging less than 200 yards per game. There's too many weapons and he's too advanced to be held to such a low per game total.

Touchdown Passes: 21.5

My prediction: Over.

Although he doesn't have a true No. 1 receiver to throw the ball to, he does have some veteran options (Adam Thielen, DJ Chark, Hayden Hurst, Sanders) that can all make plays after the catch. The success of the run game will help open things up for some shots down the field.

Interceptions: 12.5

My prediction: Over.

The red zone is a dangerous place for rookies, even Bryce Young. I'm sure he'll have a few games with multiple picks and there's nothing alarming about that. That's just life in the NFL. The most I could see him throwing is 14.
