Panthers owner David Tepper and GM Scott Fitterer have had a very busy offseason, completely transforming the future of the organization from hiring a new coaching staff to making significant changes to the roster.

With the free agent signings of RB Miles Sanders, WR Adam Thielen, WR DJ Chark, TE Hayden Hurst, C Bradley Bozeman, DT Shy Tuttle, S Vonn Bell, and the acquisition of the No. 1 overall pick, the Panthers have a chance to make a real surge and potentially own the NFC South for years to come.

Recently, radio personality Rich Eisen offered up his thoughts on Carolina's impressive start to the offseason.

"It looks like the Carolina Panthers are set up to do some damage. I like the moves that Carolina's made a lot. I like Frank Reich. I like Josh McCown. Everybody thinks he's new head coach material. Jim Caldwell to help, Dom Capers to help. I mean, it's a heck of a staff that they've put together. And Andy Dalton is the backup quarterback. You already know that whoever they're drafting first overall is going to have an ace as an individual in backing him up and telling him what he needs to know about being a professional quarterback. Adam Thielen just got answered. Miles Sanders is running the football. Carolina is building a nice team. Now, just who are they going to draft first overall? Who's going to be handed the keys to the car right out of the gate? Cause they're not drafting somebody first overall, giving up all what they gave up to go get this person, just to have him sit and wait and watch Andy Dalton start Week 1. That is just flat-out not happening. There's many things on the Earth that can happen, might happen, will happen. That ain't one of them."
