The 33rd Team Projects C.J. Stroud to Panthers

In this story:
C.J. Stroud impressed at his Pro Day, as everyone expected, and it had social media buzzing as the Panthers' brass appeared to be in love with his performance. Was it enough to sell Carolina on him?
In the 33rd Team's latest mock draft, they have Stroud going first overall to Carolina.
"Frank Reich and the Panthers traded with the Bears for the No. 1 spot, and they land C.J. Stroud (scouting report) from Ohio State as their new franchise passer. Stroud is a good fit for the offensive scheme Reich will likely use in Carolina. If Stroud plays well in his rookie season, there’s a chance the Panthers can compete in the underwhelming NFC South."
In two years as the starter at Ohio State, Stroud threw for 8,123 yards, 85 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions, completing 69.3% of his passes. He finished fourth in the Heisman Trophy voting in 2021 and third in 2022.
