Win Totals: What is the Panthers' Floor & Ceiling in 2023?

In this story:
What are the expectations for the Carolina Panthers in year one of the Frank Reich era? According to most sportsbooks, the Panthers win total for 2023 is set at 7.5.
With a bunch of new faces in the building and a rookie quarterback, seven wins seems about right.
But what is the best this team can do?
What's the worst it can do?
Here is my projected floor and ceiling for the Panthers this fall.
Floor: 6 wins
I'll go ahead and throw this out there...I don't see any way possible that Carolina finishes with this low of a win total but in the event that key players miss significant time or Bryce Young's transition to the NFL doesn't go as smoothly as expected, five wins is the floor. Even then, this roster is too talented to not win more than five games.
Ceiling: 10 wins
I see Carolina finishing much closer to its ceiling than its floor. The defense, offensive line, and ability to run the ball will be enough to help this team win games early as Bryce Young get his feet wet.
Plus, after the bye week, things get relatively easy and it's a great opportunity for the Panthers to start piling up wins. I mean, this team did win seven games with an interim head coach and three different quarterbacks a year ago. But getting past ten would involve a little bit (okay, a lot) of luck.
