Panthers Hire Dom Capers & Josh McCown

In this story:
Friday evening, the Carolina Panthers announced the hires of Dom Capers and Josh McCown. Capers will join Frank Reich's staff as a senior defensive consultant whereas McCown will be the team's quarterback's coach.
Capers worked as a senior defensive assistant on Ejiro Evero's staff in Denver this past season.
Capers was the first head coach in Panthers' franchise history and compiled a 30-34 record from 1995-98 before the team turned to George Seifert.
McCown also has history with the organization, serving as a backup quarterback to Jake Delhomme in 2008 and 2009. Although he has no NFL coaching experience, McCown was interviewed for the Houston Texas head coaching job last offseason.
