Report: Panthers Letting Go of O-Line Coach James Campen

In this story:

New Carolina Panthers head coach Dave Canales is already making changes to his new staff, letting go of special teams coordinator Chris Tabor and now, offensive line coach James Campen.

Carolina's offensive line paved the way for D'Onta Foreman to have a career year in 2022, allowing the team to make an incredible playoff run down the stretch before getting eliminated in Week 17 by Tampa Bay.

The downhill offensive approach got wiped out when Frank Reich took over the head coaching job, converting the unit to more of a spread attack which didn't really fit the personnel up front. With the scheme not fitting the personnel and the long list of injuries, the Panthers' o-line finished the year as one of the league's worst units.
