Panthers to Wear Black Helmets Against Atlanta

In this story:
When the Carolina Panthers take the field on Sunday at Bank of America Stadium, they'll be sporting the matte black helmets that debuted against the Atlanta Falcons.
The Panthers won that Thursday night home matchup 25-15 and with the way things have gone for the team this season, it's not a bad idea to go back to a helmet they won wearing against the same opponent. Should they find a way to come away with the victory on Sunday, it might be time to retire the silver domes for good.
When asked if he liked the black helmets, interim head coach Christ Tabor said, "Sure. It's protective gear, it should be good. I have no comment on it other than it's a nice look. As you can tell, I'm not really in to fashion."
