Tom Brady Surpasses Peyton Manning yet Again, This Time in Career Completions

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady beat not one, but two of Peyton Manning's career records tonight. After passing him for second all-time in career passing yards, Brady has now passed him for third all-time in career passing completions.
Another one falls...Tom Brady's completion to James White on that last drive moved him past Peyton Manning for 3rd most completions in NFL history #Patriots

Brady now has 6,126 completions and counting, while Manning had 6,125 career completions.
Congratulations to #TomBrady (6,126+) on eclipsing #PeytonManning (6,125), moving into 3rd place all-time in career pass completions and No. 1 in the history of the AFC.#NYGvsNE

Next in line is Drew Brees, who has 6,222 career completions and that will go up when he returns to play this season.
Brady and Brees are now battling for a better record in career touchdown passes, career passing yards, and career completions. This should make some interesting story lines towards the end of this season, as both quaterbacks continue to add to their resumes.
We will keep you updated with any other records the Patriots' star quaterback happens to break.
